I'm not planning to do any multi player gaming over internet or download tv shows or game demos. I would like to play all xobx 360 games like doa4, cod4, halo3, pgr3, GoW etc and xbox games too. Any One Got Answers???

You can play all 360 games on the 360 Arcade. Do know that some games requires either a hard drive or a memory unit, but since the Arcade comes with a memory unit, you'll be fine. Halo 3 works best with a hard drive. Speeds up the loading process.

You cannot play XBX games on the Arcade unless you go and buy the hard drive. The hard drive is needed in order to play XBX games on the 360.
