Now like previously mentioned, not all original games can be played on the new xbox 360, so you must check for a list of the games that are compatible with the xbox. But as long as you have a hard drive, you can play the original games.

I know nothing about xboxes, just ps3s. And the prices greatly vary from core to premium so I need to know what I have. How can I tell what Xbox I have?

Usually 20gb or 60gb to find out turn it on and scroll across to memory on the my xbox channel assuming you have the NXE update. Elite Sytem- Black colour, Totally badass console worth the most.

Yes, because the accessories are not region locked.

The only one I’m not certain about is the hard drive, because it comes with preloaded content, which may be region locked. It probably isnt though, and even if it is, it should still let you use the rest of the hard drive, just not the preloaded stuff.

PS you might want to hold off buying a hard drive for abit becuase theres a new 120GB one coming out at the end of the month.
