Sounds like Harware failure. Its happend to me twice. Call 1800-4MY-XBOX.

Can i return it? The console came with a game inside of it that i opened, Will they take it back the console anyways?
Most stores only have a 30 day return policy. You’re past that so Walmart doesn’t have to give you a full refund.
Call MS to get it fixed.

I have a xbox 360 pro from 2005 when the 360’s first came out. It’s on its final leg and can’t really read disks anymore. The removable hard drive is fine, so I think it would make more sense to buy the Arcade and just put my hard drive on that, but is the Elite worth the extra 100 dollars even though I have a hard drive?
I would buy the Elite if I didn’t have all the accessories. You probably have accessories already so don’t get the Elite.
If you want to save some money buy a used one from Amazon (they are as good as new)
