I just got a second controller for my xbox 360, and I am looking for games I can actually play with friends that are hanging out at my house. All the games I have that say they are multiplayer require online play.

you might not be looking in the right place, go to local multiplayer not xbox live, and some good multiplayer games are gears of war 1 and 2, halo 3 cod 2, 3, 3 , or world at war, Far Cry 2, and if you wanna do co-op army of two can be a blast, and gears of war 1 and 2 are also good for co-op, not sure if that answers your question but good luck finding some good games!

I am getting a Xbox 360 but i would like to know how many free months come with the Spring bundle. My mom wants to know before i buy it because i never told her i had to pay for live I heard that the Spring bundle comes with 3 free one months but i wasn’t totally sure. Pleasee help

The Spring Bundle comes with ONE month of Xbox Live Gold. The reason it says "three" is because you can have many different Gamertags, and three of them are allowed one month of gold each.

This would be like if you had several people in one family who have different gamertag accounts. Xbox wants you to pay a $50 live membership for each person, even if you only have one Xbox.

So once you activate a Gamertag and refuse to upgrade to Gold in the menu, it will automatically start your 1-Month Gold trial. If you activate another Gamertag, it will do the same thing for it. You could space them out I guess, playing with one Gamertag for a month, then playing with another, until all three are used up. But you can’t move any history or achievements from one gamertag to another. The only way to do that is to pay to have your gamertag changed, for $10.

Of course you don’t HAVE to have Gold to enjoy your xbox, unless you mainly plan to play online.

So yeah, three months but it is kind of a marketing lie. For all practical purposes, one month is all you get.

My son’s XBox Game Consoles Amazon.com’;return true;” onmouseout=”self.status=””>xbox has gotten the ring of death. we sent it to microsoft but they are claiming we have modified the console and voided the warranty and they won’t fix it. Typically any electronic device would only need to have a master reset and perform at default settings. Just wondering if this is possible for the 360 and if so how can it be done?

AFAIK, it’s impossible. You can go into the system options and change things, though I think it’s only game-related things. I agree, it is pretty stupid. If you have gotten your XBOX 360 recently, I got mine at christmas, then it should’ve been fixed as all Xbox 360’s past July… something 2007 were supposed to be fixed, but mine is still very broken.

tl;dr: I think it’s impossible.

arcade is the only one of the two you mentioned that is available in stores

the pro was discontinued a while ago its the same machine, but the hard drive is included in one and not the other.

buy on ebay, but only from someone that offers a warranty

i live in Mexico they sell modern warfare 2 and various other titles and their like $82 US im wondering if they will work on my xbox 360 im from Texas and thats where i bought my 360 i heard some games are region locked? is that true?

If the games are NTSC, then they should work fine.

Amazon or Ebay you should just get the Elite bundle you get 120 HDD 1 controller 1 wired headset Halo ODST an Forza 3 thats what i got an my friend gave me another controller for a payment but look at theses links its $349.01 for the bundle another controller an plug in play.Good Luck

I have no clue about this but my brother asked me to post this question (I know nothing about Xboxes, lol).

They still havent fixed the overheating problem with the 360’s because in order not to make the xbox any louder than it already is they cant put in bigger fans I suggest putting a fan next to the back of your xbox. Put whatever u do dont go and buy one of those fans that clip to the back of your xbox many ppl have done that and now there xbox’s are worse than when they started ive even seen one of them melting onto the back of my friends xbox.

A ps2 is worth £80
So yeah you probably will get it by selling all those!!
