Where do xbox 360 consoles get repaired and how long does it take to get back once you send it for repairs?

I live in Canada, 1 hour north of Toronto.

the xbox360 is sent to mcallen texas for repair and usually they send you a diffirent 360 out so about 2and a half weeks depending on where you live.

    Well if you got the warranty just take it to where you bought it and they have to give you a new one

    There have been many scary stories about this, some people get them back in thirty days, and some in three months, its a matter of luck.
